Yay! I’ll take it!!!!! J Those 180’s are so close I can taste it! I’m just gonna keep doing what I’m doing and working hard and the weight will take care of itself.
Here was my week:
Saturday: Consumed 2244, Exercise 955 – Remaining 181Sunday: Consumed 1818, Exercise 550 – Remaining 202
Monday: Consumed 1928, Exercise 740 – Remaining 282
Tuesday: Consumed 1528, Exercise 831 – Remaining 773
Wednesday: Consumed 1590, Exercise 515 – Remaining 395
Thursday: Consumed 1450, Exercise 535 – Remaining 552
Friday: Consumed 1441, Exercise 608 – Remaining 637
All of this assumes a 1470 net calorie diet goal each day.
My goal for this week is to keep my “consumed” below 1470 no matter what kind
of exercise I do and see how that contributes to my weight loss.
Welp, here’s to hoping I lose another 2lbs this coming week!
