I was surprised (and excited) to
see that number today! I even was like “What? You lying bitch…” out loud and
weighed myself again and it said the same thing so I’m taking it! J
woot woot! I’m making progress, bitches.
Had a super fun day of packing
today…not really. I could NOT get motivated to do hardly any packing
whatsoever. I feel so disorganized that I just want to lie down and yell,
“Uncle!”. I want to just blink my eyes and POOF! We’re there! Obviously that’s
not happening. Booooo….But I got a few things done I guess.
Bubs and I went on a 3.5+ mile
walk this evening followed by an abdominal/arms circuit for 20 minutes. I ate
really well also! I’m feeling pretty good about my progress so far. I seriously
hope I can keep this up. In the past I’ve lost a few pounds and then given up,
saying “eh, I’ve lost plenty…I’m good.” But it’s not good enough this time. I
want to lose more than a few pounds. I want to get into the 170’s before orientation
for my physical therapy program down in NC starts on August 15th. I don’t know if that’s feasible, but it would
be nice and I’m just going to keep doing what I’m doing in the hopes that
that’s enough. If not, I’ll adjust accordingly.

Ds: Plain Greek Yogurt with cinnamon, fresh strawberries, vanilla extract and just a little bit of sugar (I’m out of stevia and I actually don’t like the taste of it that much so I’m on the hunt for a different natural sweetener instead)
