Here’s my breakdown:
Mile 1: 15’28” (I walked to warm
up)Mile 2: 10’54”
Mile 3: 10’41”
Mile 4: 10’37”
Mile 5: 15’58” (I walked to cool down)
My Nike+ app doesn’t tell me my
actual 5K time (because it’s not exactly 3 miles, its 3.11), but I’m guessing I
ran the 5K in about 33 minutes. 3 minutes faster than my goal! Hell yes! And I
felt a little like jello when I was finished, but I feel great now! And when I
got home, we packed the kitchen…womp womp.
As far as my calories go, I’ve
been a little lax the past few days:
Monday
B: Honey Bunches of Oats and
Almond MilkL: Spanish Rice with greek yogurt
D: Spanish Rice (no yogurt) and a small slice of lasagna
Ds: Moose Tracks…just a few bites of Mike’s
Tuesday
B: Honey Bunches of Oats with
Almond MilkL: Chicken Caesar Cool Wrap from Chickfila with Caesar Dressing (my weakness….ahhh)
D: Chicken Tortilla soup with 2 slices provolone and some greek yogurt (we’re trying to eat everything that’s left in our fridge so its kind of random right now)

Today (Wednesday) so far:
B: Honey Bunches of Oats with
Almond Milk2nd B (Lord of Rings…eh? Eh?): Southwest egg beaters, laughing cow cheese wedges, ½ a bagel with butter
L: Mike just suggested chipotle….so probably that
D: We have some amazing crock pot taco dip in the freezer that needs to be eaten so probably that in a wrap with some avocado. OMG, I’m salivating just thinking about it….
