Today, my knee is swollen and I am tired and I hate the Shred and I don’t feel like doing anything at all except for take a nap…Which I might just do and THEN maybe I’ll go running and do the Shred. I don’t know. I just feel so blah.
I ate the protein pancakes with
strawberries for breakfast and I just have to say that they are freakin’
delicious. The sound gross, but it all comes together and they are amazing.
Especially with the added fruity awesomeness.
I just ate lunch: Egg beaters with
blue cheese and bacon, toast and cottage cheese
