Goal Week

Well, I really want to get into those 170s. And while I did well with my eating despite the lack of exercise this weekend, I think I need to step my game up a bit.

So here's my plan for the week

Sunday -- Yoga AND soccer -- CHECK (just got home from the soccer game, went to yoga this morning)

Monday -- Yoga AND run

Tuesday -- Yoga

Wednesday -- Run

Thursday -- Yoga

Friday -- Yoga AND run

Saturday -- Rest

It'll be easier to get it all in this week because Bubs will be in school!

So, so far, so good. I did both workouts for today. And I ate well. I weighed myself this morning at 184lbs. So, I'll wait until Saturday and then weigh myself again and see if I made any progress.

Plus, I have a great recipe to share that I made up all by myself! :)

AND, can we PLEASE talk about how Yoplait just came out with coconut greek yogurt. I am in heaven. They are delicious. And only 110 calories with 8g of protein for 4oz. Yay for snaaaaacks!

Friday, July 27th
B: Apple Pie Oatmeal
L: Grilled Chicken Salad from Cracker Barrell (Seriously, this thing was sad. Hardly any chicken,  ICEBERG lettuce, some cherry tomatos, a cheese wedge, two tiny deviled eggs and some corn relish with a vinegrette of some kind....meh. Bubs' chicken tenders looked way better, but I sucked it up because we were shopping and I didn't want to be too full while I was trying on clothes)
D: Hubs made ME dinner for once, and it was even HEALTHY. craziness! Whole wheat rotini with sauteed tomatos and onions and pesto tilapia. yummy!

Saturday, July 28th:

D (before game): Spaghetti Squash Casserole
D (after game): Spaghetti Squash Casserole
Ds: Yoplait Coconut Greek Yogurt Cup (4oz)

Exercise: 310 (I can't get a good grasp on how many calories playing soccer burns, so I'm not including it--so these totals reflect the calories burned just doing yoga)
