I saw THAT today! :) Yep!
And after THAT I went shopping and fit my skinny ass into a size 10 jeans at Old Navy (I bought them because my jeans are literally falling off my ass) and then some khakis at the Gap (I really wanted those beautiful blue khakis but I'm holding off on buying them until later in August right before school starts so I don't waste my money if I lose more weight between now and then). This hasn't happened since freshman year of HIGH SCHOOL! That's right, it's been like 12 years since my ass was small enough to fit into a size 10....wow!
I am a super happy camper today! I feel great and for once I didn't go into a dressing room and come out completely defeated. I didn't buy anything but that one pair or jeans, but a lot of the stuff I tried on, I picked out my usual size, XL, and everything was just falling off of me. It was a proud moment for me. I've really worked hard to lose this weight, and I can actually see results now. It's going so well. I just have to keep it up (which I completely plan to do). I signed up to play in a women's indoor soccer league AND a coed indoor soccer league. Both of them start August 20th...the same day as classes, but the women's league is on Sundays. The coed league might be tricky, but games are in the evenings, so it shouldn't be too hard to swing. And of course, there is always my number one love...Bikram. I went this morning actually. It was my first class with this instructor--apparently she is from out of town, but when she visits her parents who live here, she teaches classes--and she was great! She was laid back, and actually gave praise as well as constructive criticism directed AT individuals which I haven't seen very often, and I really liked her. Also, the class was nice and small (I mean, it's 9:30 on a Monday morning....people SHOULD be at work, right?) so I felt much more relaxed and in my element that last night's class. I felt like I got a lot out of class today. I rocked the standing bow pose (my favorite posture), but I still don't feel like I'm where I should be with triangle. I just have to keep working hard on that one, but I hate it soooo much! hahaha.
Anyway that's pretty much it for today!
