This recipe is really easy and tastes so fresh and yummy, I plan on eating it like everyday. It is also very customizable, so its easy to tailor to anyone's taste!
Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado, pitted, cubed
- 1/2 of a large tomato, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro or a tablespoon of cilantro paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix it all together and top onto fish or eat with chips...pretty much do whatever you like with it! Eat it by itself, whatev.
